Green Grass & Champagne Dinner



M E N U

Champagne Cocktail with Pear William
Shrimp Shooters

Onion Tart with Mixed Greens
Grilled Tenderloin of Beef
Honey Ice Cream with Strawberries and Balsamic Syrup
Assorted Domestic and Imported Cheeses
Licor 43 or Riesling Eiswein
PARTY FAVORS
Herbs planted in Gold Painted Flower Pots, tied with tulle
DECORATIONS
Grasses, herbs, burlap, moss, mushrooms, stoneware and natural toned candles with grass or herbal scents. Of course add leprechauns and shamrocks for St. Patrick's Day or bunnies, eggs and butterflies for Easter.

This is beautiful!! I love to use rye grass in my spring centerpieces--it just requires a little planning :) I hope you'll share the honey ice cream with balsmic syrup recipe.

Beautiful! It makes me eager for spring.
We made your coffe mug chocolate cake last night as a fun, make-it-yourself, family dessert. It was so fun and yummy that we are going to do it again this weekend when our daughter has a sleepover for several of her friends. I purchased several inexpensive mugs and recipe cards for the girls. It is a perfect recipe to take to college! Thanks for sharing.
