And why is this the most dangerous cake recipe in the world?Because now you’re only 5 minutes away from chocolate cake at any time - day or night! My dear friend Jacque Hillman who is a newspaper editor by day and a jewelry designer at heart (Reconfigured.biz) shared this with me. Oh la la!
4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons chocolate chips
Small splash of vanilla extract

1 large coffee mug
Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk and oil and mix well. Add the chocolate chips and vanilla extract, and mix again.
Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts (high). The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed! Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate and garnish with ice cream and caramel or hot fudge sauce if you dare. Oh and there’s plenty for two to share.

Okay Libby, you are just dangerous! I made your cheese straws (even though I am on a diet!) and they were wonderful! Now I must make this...Oh la la is right! I thank you for sharing and so do my tastebuds. My family thanks you too even though they won't get any until tonight.
Warm regards,
Wendy
Oh no! If this really works, I'm in trouble!!!
OMG! - It works. I am so much in trouble!! Mine came out sort of a pound cake consistency and soooo good.
Wow, that sounds fabulous. I must try it.
Lordy, lordy!! yikes...we are all in deep trouble, now. And my Beau says "HI!" to your Senator. {Beau would love this cake, but knows Labs shouldn't eat chocolate}

Chocolate is my weakness and this hit the spot. I definitely have to try this recipe!
Thanks for sharing.
Are you serious? This really works? I cannot wait to try it! It sure beats buying those little individual "Warm Delights" -- homemade surely must be even better! Thanks! Yes...going to try this most likely tonight!
