Two complimentary blue tablescapes were set up for a luncheon. Different crystal, linen, china and silver were selected but they are striking side by side. Red tulips were centered on one while a glass sculpture and white peonies were on the adjoining table. I think it is more interesting when more than one table is set and they are not identical.

Hi Libby...I hurried right over when I saw a tablescape!! Blue and white are always such classics when it comes to china! I love the fact that there were two different tables....yes, much more interesting! The glass sculpture in the middle almost looks like ice! Beautiful...Debbie
Breathtaking!!! I love how the simple red tulips just pop against the blue and white background. I agree about tablesettings. I once chaired an Officer's Wives luncheon and each group got to decorate their own table. The placesettings were white, and the napkins were white...same stemware, etc - but otherwise the the color theme was blue and yellow. It was very interesting to see all the variations. Beautiful pics too, btw.
Oh, these two blue table settings are simply stunning. I love the different centerpieces...both of them. Very, very nice!
