I'm baking this in a 9x13 pan and just chcked it after an hour at 350 - it's still liquid in the middle...I have a feeling the pan was supposed to be bigger maybe?

So an extra 15 minutes did the trick and it turned out great. Didn't have evaporated milk so I used my own chocolate buttercream frosting recipe with half and half. It's a tall cake in that 9x13 pan. Taste-wise...very moist and you can taste those eggs. Nice cake.
