Cranberry Catsup is the most divine relish to serve with your Thanksgiving turkey - make it a tradition with your family!

Cranberry Catsup
This has long been a tradition at our family’s holiday tables. It wouldn't be Thanksgiving without turkey and cranberry catsup, none of that jellied stuff from a jar compares! Delicious with casseroles and chicken dishes throughout the year; it’s easy to make, pretty, and an ideal homemade gift for someone special during the holidays.
1 (16 ounce bag) cranberries coarsely chopped
1-1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon allspice
1-3/4 cups sugar
3/4 teaspoon pepper (fresh cracked)
1/3 cup cider vinegar
1/4 teaspoon salt
In medium saucepan bring all ingredients to a boil; stir occasionally. Reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes or until mixture is thick Put hot catsup into hot jars add tops, or cool and store covered in the refrigerator.

Oh Libby, another great recipe! I just copied this cranberry recipe, which looks wonderful. Hugs,

Hi, I'm new here and looking forward to what you have to say and create. Your Cranberry Catsup is calling to me. Wonder how it would taste on the Chocolate-Cranberry Muffin I'm eating right now for breakfast! Hope it's okay if I link your recipe when I post mine for the muffins.

Libby, this may be my new favorite for T-Day! My mother quit eating catsup because her children put it on everything. If she was here I do think she would have to try this! Looks amazing!
