Just is a delicious but easy recipe. I love sweet potatoes and bought an entire bag from Sam's during the holidays but forgot I had them (bought more). Thank goodness, I was able to save a few to make your casserole - it was great and I can keep celebrating the holidays and my beloved sweet potatoes a little longer.
