TwirlandTaste Stroganoff - Lick the Bowl Delicious, Easy and Done in 30 minutes

In thirty minutes, supper is ready and it's oh so good. Serve with a salad and voila – kisses to the cook!
1-1/2 pounds ground beef or sirloin
1 yellow onion, chopped fine
2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
1 teaspoon chicken seasoning or bullion
1 (10-3/4) ounces cream of mushroom soup, condensed
1 container fresh mushrooms, sliced (or 8 ounces canned mushroom slices, drained)
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon oil (add a little more if mushrooms start to stick)
1-1/2 cups sour cream
Egg Noodles, Pasta, or Rice, cooked per directions
Sauté mushrooms in butter/oil mixture in large iron or no-stick skillet; remove and set aside. In same skillet, brown ground beef and onion; drain excess fat. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, soup, Worcestershire, seasoning, and mushrooms. Simmer covered, 15 to 20 minutes, stir occasionally. Stir in sour cream; heat through, but do not boil. Serve over egg noodles, your favorite pasta, or rice. Garnish with chopped chives or parsley if it’s party time.

I never understood the appeal of hamburger helper when dishes like this are so easy to make and infinitely better.
