Cheesy Ziti and Sausage Bake - easy to assemble and serve bubbling hot from the oven!

Easy to assemble and ready in no time. It’s a dish I like to serve when the temperatures dip – warm Italian cheeses, sausage and pasta bubbling hot from the oven . . . and men tend to love this simple dish, go figure!
1 package (16 ounces) ziti pasta
2 (10-ounces) jars Alfredo sauce (or homemade)
1 cup sour cream
2 extra-large eggs, lightly beaten
1 (15-ounces) carton ricotta cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
1-1/2 cups shredded Italian cheeses (or Mozzarella), divided
1 pound sausage, cooked, drained, and crumbled (Italian or breakfast variety)

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and return to the pan. Stir in Alfredo sauce and sour cream. Spoon half into a greased 3-quart casserole dish. In a small bowl, combine the eggs, ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup Italian cheeses, parsley, and sausage; spread over pasta. Top with remaining pasta mixture; sprinkle with remaining Italian Cheeses and Parmesan. Cover with foil and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Uncover; bake 5-10 minutes longer or until bubbly. Remove from oven and allow to set for 5-10 minutes before serving.
