Christmas Praline Pecans made of Sugar and Spice and Everyhting Nice!

Christmas Praline Pecans
Oh yes, they're sugar and spice and everything nice. These make wonderful and delicious hostess gifts or in goodie baskets at Christmas. Of course they’re just delicious and always a welcome addition when guests drop by during the holidays.
1 large egg white
1 tablespoon water
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
8 ounces pecan halves
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 teaspoon sea salt
Dash ground cloves
Dash ground nutmeg
Place sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, ground cloves, and ground nutmeg in a plastic bag, shake well.
Place egg white, water, and vanilla in a bowl. Beat until slightly foamy, add pecans and coat well. Remove pecans with a slotted spoon and put into the bag of sugar and spices. Shake pecans in bag making sure they are well coated.
Bake 30 minutes in a preheated 300 degree oven on a baking pan lined with silpat or lightly greased aluminum foil. After 15 minutes, stir the pecans with a fork; return to oven. Allow pecans to cool completely before serving. Wrap them as my friends at the French Garden House suggest with festive ribbons and holiday packaging.
