Oh I can't remember ever not liking this cheese ball. It's not fancy, it's not new, it's just good.
2 (8 ounce) packages softened cream cheese
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 cups finely chopped pecans, divided into two one cup
portions
2 tablespoons finely chopped green bell pepper
2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
2 teaspoons seasoning salt (I use Lawry's)
Mix all the ingredients, using only 1 cup of the pecans
listed and form into a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Roll cheese mixture into a ball and roll in the remaining cup of pecans. Serve
with crackers of choice.

Oh Libby, you always make me hungry and with the erch for something yummy...thank god I had luch recently! Thanks for this recipe, as I've had it, but never made it myself..so now I'll give it a try. Happy holiday season.
