7 UP Biscuit stuffed with Fried Chicken, slathered with Honey Butter, and a dill pickle for good measure!

There you have it an over the moon bite of deliciousness right there in your hand. It’s an easy way to feed a crowd sitting around watching the ballgames on TV, playing BUNKO, or when you have a houseful of hungry teenagers.
2 cups Bisquick mix
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup 7up
1/4 cup melted butter
Cut sour cream into your Bisquick mix; add 7up and mix into a soft dough. Sprinkle your counter top with a little Bisquick mix then add dough and roll it out. Melt butter and pour it into a 9" square baking pan. Cut your biscuits out to desired shape and size; arrange them in pan atop butter. Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown in a preheated 350 degree oven. Remove from oven and enjoy. Slice and stuff with a fried chicken tender, slather with some honey butter and a dill pickle for good measure.

OF COURSE skillet fried chicken spiced up with seasoning and a little kick of cayenne are much better than the frozen prebattered tenders that you can find in any boxstore's grocery section - just saying . . . try it!

We always called those "Popeye's biscuits" and love those things.
