Blue Cheese Dunking Sauce for Home Made Potato Chips or to serve atop a Hickory Smoked Filet of Beef

This creamy blue cheese sauce is addicting as a dunkin sauce for warm homemade potato chips or for a filet. It will bring raves from your guests! If you don't want to make the potato chips, you can warm the store bought variety in the microwave or in the oven and it's oh so good. I beef filets from Darrell Hicks of Hicks Smoked Meats (Cajun Cookers in Jackson TN) that were smoked on a hickory pit and it was one of the best dishes I've served. Even those who will tell you that they don't eat blue cheese will lap this up! Enjoy! This was featured in a newspaper feature I wrote and you can get the recipe from them - give it a try!Blue Cheese Dunking Sauce for Potato Chips or to Top a Filet
With the beef, I suggest you try one of my favorite Cabernets - my all time favorite is Cakebread but I also like Humble Pie Cabernet Sauvignon and suggest you give it a try!

Headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, our company has hands-on experience and a keen understanding of both sides of the wine business, and the capital and passion to help our wines take flight.
Fourth-generation wine and spirits distributor John Hooper sold the business his family founded in 1939, and teamed with Little Lion Wine Company founder and winemaker Tony Leonardini and industry sales veteran Gary Carr to launch BNA Wine Group.

We bring a fresh approach to the wine industry through an arm’s length perspective. This comes from being headquartered in Tennessee, while maintaining an office and a physical presence in St. Helena, Calif., where we do business and have good relationships with various vineyards and wineries.
