Hi Libby! It's been awhile. You seem to be embracing this snowy day. Good for you. It's probably somewhat of a treat for your area. I remember making snow cream as a child, only then we didn't add the Eagle's milk. I bet that's good in it.

We always used reg. milk , but have not made any in many years. We ended up with about an inch of sleet and snow this morning - not good for snow cream. Ice is forming on the trees as I type this. Just hope we don't lose power. "They" say we will get more tonight - hope "they" are wrong. :)

The snow must be so pretty! When I was a kid, we made snow ice cream, but did not have anything "fancy" like sweetened condensed milk. We used regular milk, sugar, and vanilla. I am sure your recipe is much, much better!
