Oh girl, you get me every time! First it was the chicken soup with Velveeta (which disappeared in no time) and now this! Cream cheese? Are you kidding me? Yea, I'll look fabulous in my bathing suit after eating this. Well, it's still chilly, so what the heck, I'm making this.

This sounds luscious, Libby. Although we are on a new regime of eating here in the Sullivan household (hubs was recently diagnosed as a diabetic and is on a low sodium/low fat diet), this would make a great dish to serve for a carry-in or for a girls' luncheon.
